2) Free Gift is prescribed, recommended and issued based on Beauty Therapist recommendations
3) Free gift in cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit

4) Eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase can claim the package for a discounted price specified by the location, savings stated on promotional artwork
5) TechniSPA Session refers to either full body, upper body or lower body in either Thermo Slim or Firming protocol defined during pre-treatment assessment
6) TechniSPA Targeted Slimming refers to 2 areas defined during pre-treatment assessment
7) Treatments cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit
8) Treatments must be completed over consecutive weeks and must be redeemed within 2 months of purchasing

How To Claim
20) Participants must request package at time of booking, package price will be displayed on promotional artwork
21) Participants must claim their Discount at the same time and in the same transaction as their Qualifying Purchase
22) Full payment must be processed before redeeming the treatments, receiving the product and if eligible gift
Salon Terms & Conditions
FOR EXISTING CLIENT REDEEMING THE OFFER
· Existing clients can only refer new clients i.e. people who have never previously been a client at the salon.
· There is no limit on the number of ‘friends’ an existing client can refer to the salon. The existing client will be eligible for the 20% offer each time.
· Once the ‘friend’ has been to the salon and has had their treatment, the existing client is eligible to redeem the offer.
· To be eligible for the 20% discount, the existing client needs to purchase a treatment and a skincare cream. Minimum treatment spend of £30/€30 applies. ‘Skincare cream’ refers to face and body moisturisers only.
· Treatment discount applies to Guinot treatments only, including face, body and depilation.
· The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
· The 20% discount applies only to one treatment, therefore if the client has multiple treatments, only the highest priced treatment will receive the discount.
· Free gift subject to availability. Gift may vary.
FOR NEW CLIENT (FRIEND) REDEEMING THE OFFER
· The new client must present a completed Refer a Friend voucher at their appointment to redeem the offer.
· The new client receives a 20% discount on their first treatment and product purchases.
· The 20% discount applies only to one treatment, therefore if the client has multiple treatments, only the highest priced treatment will receive the discount.
· The 20% discount applies to all products purchased on the client’s first visit.
Eligibility & Participation
- Eligible customers must be a resident of the UK or Ireland and be over the age of 18
- These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Rewards Scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. The Rewards Scheme account, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Guinot which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation
- Participants are entitled to one Reward Cards membership only. Guinot reserves the right to refuse, merge or close duplicate and or additional accounts
- Participants must register their personal details and keep Guinot informed of any changes. Guinot cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or rewards incurred as a result of out-of-date details. Accounts with out-of-date details that have not been updated for 18 months will be removed and points and rewards forfeited.
- The Rewards Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card
- Guinot may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Rewards Scheme membership, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;
b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;
c. any behaviour relating to Guinot that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. - Reward Scheme membership cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
- Participants can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or Rewards already accrued or issued.
- Participants who do not collect any points for two years will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to re-join.
POINTS
- £1/€1 Spent on Services will earn 1 point, £1/€1 Spent on Retail will earn 2 points
- Points can be earned on all products and treatments (excluding courses)
- Participants will be required to quote their Rewards Card number to collect points on purchases made through any phone transactions.
- Guinot may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions.
- Points are non-exchangeable or refundable and hold no money value.
- Guinot reserves the right to deduct points for unattended appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice where a deposit has not been taken.
- Guinot is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
- Total points held will be shown on receipts

- Free Foot Peeling treatments must be pre-booked and added to a paid service, they cannot be taken as a standalone service
- Rewards treatments must be pre-booked
- If a Reward treatment is cancelled, not attended or rearranged with less than 24 hours' notice, the participant will have the value of the points automatically deducted
- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
Courses must be paid in full at time of booking, completed within 6 months and are non-refundable. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours notice may result in deductions from the purchased course.
Skincare Programmes must be paid in full at time of booking and should be taken over consecutive weeks. Skincare Programmes to be completed within 3 months of purchase date and are non-refundable. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours notice may result in deductions from the purchased Skincare Programme.
